Cockburn Cement offers a quality delivery service for bulk and packaged products throughout Western Australia.
Cockburn Cement’s strength in transport is more than availability of road fleet. Many of the innovations in pneumatic discharge design seen on Western Australian roads have grown from Cockburn’s continuous improvement requirements.
Cockburn Cement has an excellent distribution network with specialised forklift equipment used for packaged product deliveries to building sites or where forklifts are not available.
Bulker Bags and Paper Sacks Delivery
Cockburn Cement offers customers a next day delivery service within the metropolitan area, for orders received by our Customer Service Centre by no later than 3:00 pm. Any orders for delivery of products outside the metropolitan area are by quotation and are delivered on specified days applicable to the suburb.
Cockburn Cement’s distribution network will deliver to your project or business in country areas.
Pallet return procedure
Products are sold by the pallet. The majority of our products come on Cockburn Cement pallets, and as such, we request that you return pallets when your delivery is made. To have your empty pallet collected please complete our Pallet Collection Request Form.
Product collection
Collection of bagged product from our Kwinana plant is available to all customers between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Bulk
All bulk product orders are delivered in bulk pneumatic pressure tankers in various combinations and weights.
Site inductions
All bulk tanker drivers must complete a site induction before being allowed access to our weighbridges.
Chain of Responsibility
Cockburn Cement is committed to the Chain of Responsibility legislation. It is a condition for loading at our sites that all drivers have a documented record of, and can produce on request, a record of the driver’s work hours and rest breaks.
